Welcome to the LawyerLine Registration form. This form is divided into two sections.

In the first section you are asked for general information such as firm name, address and telephone number. In the second section you are asked to select any upgraded features that you would like.

After filling out both sections as needed, simply click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page and your initial registration information will be sent to LawyerLine. You will be shown a summary of charges and an indication of the fees based on your selected options. A detailed summary of prices and options can be found on the Services page.

Additional Cities: If you have offices in several cities and would like to have additional listings for these cities, please enter the number of additional cities in which you would like to be listed.

NOTE: Each additional city is $180.00 per year - with no setup fees for additional cities.

Additional States: If you are licenced to practice in several states (but do not have offices in those other states) and would like to have additional listings for those other states, please enter the number of additional states in which you would like to be listed.
